[edit] English track names

I tentatively used "English names" of Jōbu Kidō and Kabu Kidō as Jōbu Track and Kabu Track, as opposed to the literal translations Upper Track / Lower Track. This is because they seem to name Inkurain Jōbu-eki and Keyakidaira-Jōbu-eki as Incline Jōbu Station and Keyakidaira-Jōbu Station, rather than something like Upper Keyakidaira Station. (Source) Admittedly, this is not a very strong reason, so we should change the track name if some official source suggests otherwise.

Also, I do not think there is a need to remove unit conversions, when the manual of style recommends us to provide one. True, Japanese do not use US units, but American readers might. I did not revert the removal because I do not use it, though. :-) Kzaral (talk) 07:59, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
