Kurupam mandal has a population of 46,439 in 2001. Males consists of 23,241 and females 23,198 of the population. The average literacy rate is 46%, below the national average of 59.5%. Male literacy rate is 57% and that of females is 35%. This is my test page.

Sri Vyricherla Kishore Chandra Suryanarayana Deo, of Kurupam princely family[3] is member of Lok Sabha (3 terms) from Parvathipuram (Lok Sabha constituency).

The former Indian President,test tes te sts s s Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, lived in Kurupam monument in Visakhapatnam during his tenure as the Vice-Chancellor of Andhra University. Kurupam monument on Visakhapatnam Beach Road was handed over to the Indian National Trust for Art, Culture and Heritage (INTACH) Conservation Centre, Bhubaneswar in 2004.

There is Kurupam Market in Visakhapatnam near old post-office junction.

The Kurupam Tomb is a heritage structure near VUDA Park on the Beach Road in Visakhapatnam.
