This article is about the fictional world of Warhammer Fantasy and should not be considered as actual historical fact.
In the fictional Warhammer Fantasy setting, Kurnous is a deity of the Elves embodying the spirit of the untouched wilderness. He is the "Lord of the Forest and Beasts" and the husband of Isha. Wherever he goes, he is followed by his braying hounds, the wild hunt following him whenever he blows his horn.
The Elves of Avelorn and the citizens of Ellyrion worship Kurnous as their primary god, as do most of the Wood Elves of Athel Loren. Hunters worship him and prove their loyalty by never killing more than they have to.
