Kurichi is a panchayat town in Coimbatore district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu.

As of 2001 India census[1], Kurichi had a population of 76,794. Males constitute 51% of the population and females 49%. Kurichi has an average literacy rate of 79%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 83%, and female literacy is 74%. In Kurichi, 10% of the population is under 6 years of age.
