A formation of US Air Force, F-16 Fighting Falcons from the 8th Fighter Wing fly in close formation near Kunsan Air Base, South Korea on 28 Apr. The formation was led by Colonel Brian Bishop, 8th Fighter Wing Commander. The F-16 Fighting Falcon is multi-role fighter aircraft. It is highly maneuverable and has proven itself in air-to-air combat and air-to-surface attack. In an air combat role, the F-16's maneuverability and combat radius (distance it can fly to enter air combat, stay, fight and return) exceed that of all potential threat fighter aircraft.
