Bakgrunden till bilden är att den Cadillac V8 av 1939 års modell som kung Gustav V färdades i här körde i diket den 28 september 1946. Kungen, hans hovstallmästare och två andra jägare var på hemväg från en jakt på Tullgarns slott när chauffören tappade kontrollen över bilen och sladdade av vägen. Bilen hade registreringsnummer A4 och står nu på Skokloster motormuseum, i anslutning till Skokloster slott, i närheten av Sigtuna.
