[edit] E-Mail communication
Hi,
I was wondering if you could create an e-mail where I can get in touch regarding our WikiProject and future developments. Regards. Wiki Raja 20:30, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
- You would have to add it to your Wikipedia account, then you can e-mail me by posting it here or going to my user page and clicking on the toolbox of the left hand margin titled "E-mail this user". Once you do that I would receive an e-mail from you. After that, if you want, you can remove it from your Wikipedia account, unless you decide to still keep it in your account. [edit] Greetings in Telugu
Hi,
I have heard that in Telugu greetings it is Namaskaram or Namaskaramu which are both from Sanskrit. Is there an original Telugu version for greetings? Wiki Raja 02:05, 14 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Your alert on my talkpage
Hi, I have not been active on Wikipedia for long. In future, you may want to raise issues on Indian articles on the talk page of Indian Wikipedians' notice board or if the issues are serious, on the Administrators' notice board. Hope this helps, --Gurubrahma 14:41, 23 October 2007 (UTC)

- Telugu language had the strongest influence of sanskrit among the Dravidian languages. Funny part is the perception of telugu people that it is refined language because of sanskrit influence;whereas the Tamils are very proud of the fact that Tamil is least influenced Dravidian language and thereby original in nature. Anyways, i really appreciate the gr8 contribution of Kumar Rao to the Telugu language pages.Brothers in Arms 19:44, 3 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] article on Reddy
Hi Kumarrao garu, I appreciate your work your doing with regard to many of the articles related to Telugu communities and its culture.I would like to collaborate to write and modify the article on Reddy.I think Reddy article is still an enigma to many due(including me)due to its large diversity and usage of the title by many communities. So it would be appropriate if the article is written as title article rather than a caste article. That would resolve most of the issues. And if we can get some good information on some of the main sub castes of reddy then we can provide links in the article to direct the reader to that page.Let me know your thoughts on this.
Thanks, John Rambo 04:26, 24 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Regarding Naidu
I dont really agree that Naidu does n't denote caste, as in TN and coastal AP Naidu ot Naiker denotes caste i.e Kapu(caste)/Balija.I do agree that this is used by other castes in AP similar to Reddy esp in some Rayalaseema regions. In TN naikers of all communities started intermarry eachother like e.x balijas, kammas and gavaras intermarry based on thier caste title naidu similar to Reddies in AP. I forgot to sign myself before saving the edits.I will make sure that I follow the standards evrytime I make edits. Thanks for informing me the same. John Rambo 18:00, 26 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Reply
Dear Rao, The naidu reference in Kapu article is not mentioned as a subcaste but as a title commonly used by kapus and the article also says about the origin of the title. It also mentions that other castes also uses the title. So there is no wrong in the naidu being put under the kapu article. If you go my population the title used by Kapus and its subcastes are more than all the other castes who are using it put together. Also there is a separate Naidu title article in wiki for those who want to view it as a title. Please refer it. I'm just now learning to add articles in wiki and I started signing my edits as suggested.I am aware as to how to do the same now.John Rambo 06:57, 27 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] False citations
Hi. I have noticed your recent edits to Telugu script and Kannada script articles.
- The Chalukya citation from Devi Prasad dont satisfy WP:UNDUE. You have been informed about this several times but have ignored the advice even from admins.
- The Bhatiprollu script you are now quoting is again your own conjecture. The table clearly shows the origin of Kannada-Telugu script is from Mouryan Brahmi script. An admin has been intimated about your consistant adding of false information.Dineshkannambadi (talk) 16:24, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
