Kumpalampoika is a village in India.[specify] In the centre of the village is CMS Senior Secondary School, which is the main educational institution for local middle class residents. Well known doctors, engineers, scientists, chartered accountants studied in this school. There are three churches, branches of major banks, co-operative societies, a retail market, and a vegetable market adds to those facilities. Puthuchira, Mukkaranathu are the ancient families settled in this village. Christians are the dominant community[specify] along with Ezhavas.[citation needed]
