This might fall under patent nonsense, but I feel that this article may have potential; I maybe should have put this up for deletion -- I was too nervous to do so, however. This needs wikification -- make it into an article that has real technical merit. Any questions, seek my talk page. Thanks — Ian Manka Talk to me! 06:11, 17 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Much of this appears legitimate

I'm more ore less new to Wikipedia, but I feel I can contribute especially here on this article. The majority of this article appears legitimate and can be corobrated by an interview in Panjabi between Kuldip Manak and Harjinder Singh Thind on the Canadian television program Des Pardes. His place of birth, his father's name etc. is verifiable. Furthermore, as an avid Manak listener and Panjabi -- I can vouch for much of this information. This article need not be deleted, but surely expanded upon. Unfortunately, although the means of verifying this information do exist (i.e. the video interview), I don't know how to express that to the wikipedia community -- the language isn't English nor is it an easily available video. --Torontowala 17:45, 13 February 2006 (UTC)

Just create a new section called 'References' at the bottom and add the name of the programme. If you knew the name of the station it was broadcast on and when it was broadcast, that would also help. Interviews are certainly valid references. Also, please sign your posts on talk pages. --Malthusian (talk) 09:48, 13 February 2006 (UTC)

The line where it says he has converted to Sikhism is wrong. He has released religious tracks but he hasn't converted to Sikhism.

If anyone can actually give a credible source stating he has converted, than put the line back up there. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.234.206.11 (talk) 21:05, 2 February 2008 (UTC)
