Kulpsville is a census-designated place (CDP) in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 8,005 at the 2000 census.

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 8,005 people, 3,191 households, and 2,217 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 2,329.0 people per square mile (898.5/km²). There were 3,250 housing units at an average density of 945.6/sq mi (364.8/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 89.93% White, 3.77% African American, 0.10% Native American, 4.51% Asian, 0.44% from other races, and 1.25% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.50% of the population.
There are 3,191 households out of which 35.5% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.2% were married couples living together, 9.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 30.5% were non-families. 26.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 12.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.49 and the average family size was 3.04.
In the CDP the population was spread out with 26.2% under the age of 18, 5.3% from 18 to 24, 31.6% from 25 to 44, 22.2% from 45 to 64, and 14.8% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 37 years. For every 100 females there were 84.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 79.4 males.
The median income for a household in the CDP was $61,548, and the median income for a family was $73,964. Males had a median income of $57,226 versus $36,355 for females. The per capita income for the CDP was $28,244. About 1.9% of families and 2.8% of the population were below the poverty line, including 2.8% of those under age 18 and 5.3% of those age 65 or over.
