Kujtim Shala (born 13 July 1964 in Prizren, SFR Yugoslavia - now Serbia) is a former Yugoslav football player who holds Croatian citizenship and played a match for the Croatia national football team.
Shala was the head coach of KF Prishtina in Kosovar Superliga. But after KF Prishtina didn't win the Kosovar Superliga, he was sacked of the Team Coach manager.
He played his one and only match for the Croatia national football team 2-1 won USA on 17 October 1990, a friendly match before Croatian Football Federation Affiliated by FIFA in 1992.
In February 2008 he was selected as head coach of the Kosovo national football team.[citation needed]
