The Kudelski Group (also Kudelski SA, Nagra Kudelski Group, SWXKUD) is a swiss corporation that operates in the business areas of Digital TV, public access and audio products. The Kudelski Group operates from its headquarters in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne, Switzerland in five continent and employs 2,500 people.

The origin of this corporation lays in the success of the Nagra tape recorders, developed by Stefan Kudelski. In 1991, his son André Kudelski succeeded him as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
