I originally hail from Hawaii and enjoy hiking and mountain biking. I also enjoy woodworking and making pens out of koa.

I have been practicing Aikido for many years, and have trained in Hawaii, Boston, Kyoto, Saitama, and Tokyo.

I like to read Haruki Murakami. I do not read Anime.
