KTMS is a news/talk radio station based in Santa Barbara, California, and is owned by Rincon Broadcasting. It airs talk shows such as Dennis Miller, Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity.

KTMS was located for many years at 1250AM (now KZER). Among the programs produced at the station include 1-2-5 Club, with disc jockey Bob Ruth. It debuted in 1947 and aired for many years. The station moved to 990 AM, formerly KTYD, in the late 1990s, with an all-sports format soon to follow.
