KTAJ-TV is a television station in St. Joseph, Missouri. As TBN owned-and-operated station, it is currently a repeater that broadcasts programming from the Trinity Broadcasting Network, via satellite. The station broadcasts its analog signal on UHF channel 16. Its digital signal broadcasts on UHF channel 21 from a tower in Kansas City, Missouri. Its analog signal reaches the Kansas City viewing area, and its digital signal also covers St. Joseph.

KTAJ-TV is the only full-powered affiliate of TBN in Missouri, and only one of two stations licensed to St. Joseph.
