Hello Krycha and welcome to Wikipedia! Hope you like it here, and stick around.
Here are some tips to help you get started:
- To sign your posts (on talk pages, for example) use the '~' symbol. To insert just your name, type ~~~ (3 tildes), or, to insert your name and timestamp, use ~~~~ (4 tildes).
- Try the Tutorial, and feel free to experiment in the test area.
- If you need help, post a question at the Help Desk
- Follow the Wikipedia:Simplified Ruleset
- Eventually, you might want to read the Manual of Style and Policies and Guidelines.
- Remember Wikipedia:Neutral point of view
- Explore, be bold in editing pages, and, most importantly, have fun!
Good luck!
Hi, and welcome! But you might like to go back to VfD and sign your post there, otherwise it may be ignored. It's a lot easier for you to verify the authorship of the comment than for others to go to the history of a page that's as frequently updated as VfD, although someone will eventually. Any questions feel free to drop me a line. Andrewa 06:28, 4 Jul 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Under a Killing Moon FrontBox.jpg
Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Under a Killing Moon FrontBox.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. « ₣ullMetal ₣alcon » 19:44, 2 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Gawith Apricot article had to be cleaned up
Gawith Apricot article had to be cleaned up, read like an AD. By the way I use to be able to buy the stuff in Canada for $8 (that a whole 6-7 euros!), we got high taxes! Plus I used about 2 cans a week up my nose. So much for one euro lasting a month :-(
- And starting in next month tobacco snuff, at least the nasal kind will be outlawed in Canada, because the government wants to TAX smokeless products even more and the German companies think that 400% is just to outrages to continue offering their product to Canadians >;( —Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.202.1.177 (talk) 08:59, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
