My rationale for assessment: important for the world history of privatization. Ukrained 21:46, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Merger

I've completed the proposed merger of info here from duplicating Krivorizstal. The latter may be safely deleted now. Ukrained 19:39, 23 April 2006 (UTC)

Turned the duplicate into redirect. Misspelling may also be useful. Ukrained 20:13, 23 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] The new name

Kryvorizhstal Renames Itself "As Mittal Steel Kryvyi Rih". Should not we rename the article? [1] --AndriyK 08:55, 27 April 2006 (UTC)

Well, it's mentioned in the intro if you haven't noticed. As for a full renaming ... I'd say Kryvorizhstal is a historical established name. The konmbinat was built as such (not renamed by Soviets like other companies). While MSKR is not being used by journalists yet - only by news agencies. May be we should wait few years before renaming? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ukrained (talkcontribs) 20:36, 27 April 2006
