This looks like it is cribbed from someone's review paper. For instance the text refers to Figures 1A-C and at no time in the revision history can I find a Figure 1. In addition only KLF4 and KLF5 are discussed at any length - at last count there were 24, and KLF1 (erythroid) is clearly as important if not more than KLF5.
