KRTO Channel 3, (commonly known as Rialto Channel 3) is a public access cable television station based in Rialto, California. The station is located in the Civic Center at 150 South Palm Avenue and the station is broadcast daily on Time Warner Cable cable system on channel 3. The "KRTO" calls are strictly for promotional purposes, as the FCC does not issue call letters to stations appearing only on cable.
KRTO Channel 3 Community Informer is powered by TelVue Virtual Television Networks. (TVTN) is a network of municipally-owned public, education and government (PEG) cable TV channels, run by TelVue Corporation.
On September 4, 2007, KRTO Channel 3 went online with webcasting the City Council Meeting, using the technology, provided by San Francisco-based Granicus Inc., All the council meetings will be saved on the city's web site, rialtoca.gov , beginning with the Aug. 8 meeting.
