Kroussa (Κρουσσά) is a municipality in Kilkis Prefecture, Greece. It is located in the northeastern corner of the prefecture, bordering western Serres Prefecture and northern Thessaloniki Prefecture. It is the fifth-largest municipality in Greece, with a land area of 588.877 km². Its population is 6,770 (2001 census). The seat of the municipality is in Terpyllos (pop. 600). Melissourgio is one of the most picturesque villages in the municipality. Agios Antonios is one of the villages near by. The largest villages in the municipality are Efkarpía (pop. 618), Térpyllos, Eptálofos (521), and Váthi (433). The municipality is divided into 19 municipal districts.
