Hello! My nom de plume is Krimpet - after the sponge cake, not the pancake.

Here on the English Wikipedia, I'm more a behind-the-scenes type person as of late. I'm an administrator here as well as on the Wikimedia Commons, allowing me to block problematic users and delete and protect pages from editing. I build and maintain an automated "bot" and several tools to help keep the project running smoothly. I am also a member of the Bot Approvals Group, and can help review and approve bot requests.
