Kriva Palanka (Macedonian: Крива Паланка) is a municipality in eastern Republic of Macedonia. Kriva Palanka is also the name of the town where the municipal seat is found. Kriva Palanka municipality is part of Northeastern statistical region.

The municipality borders Serbia in the north, Bulgaria in the east, Rankovce municipality in the west, Makedonska Kamenica municipality, Kratovo municipality and Kočani municipality in the south.
