Kristina Fröjmark (1957-2004) was a reality show star in Sweden after her appearance in the show "Farmen-Skärgården" where she was one of the twelve contestants who ran a farm in Stockholm's archipelago the reality show was broadcasted on TV4.
Kristina got a lot of attention in Swedish media for her jet-set life and wealth and she talked a lot about her being a stay-at-home wife. On December 26, 2004, Kristina and her family was on vacation in Khao Lak, Thailand, when the Indian Ocean earthquake struck and Kristina, her husband Björn and their two children where killed. The last sign of them was a short message sent the day before.[1]
TV4 planned a re-run of the reality show season, but decided against it after the death of Kristina Fröjmark.[citation needed]
