Kris Myers, originally from Palatine, Illinois, is an American musician.

He is the drummer for the Chicago-based progressive rock band Umphrey's McGee. He joined the band in 2003, replacing original drummer Mike Mirro. He first appeared on disc with Umphrey's McGee on the 2003 live album Local Band Does OK.

Myers earned a masters degree in jazz drumming from DePaul University. He was a member of jazz/funk group Kick the Cat up until his tenure with Umphrey's McGee began in 2003.

Myers is also a member of the jazz trio Drop Q.
