Kreis of Znin concerns the years 1815-1919 ONLY, hence the whole history of this Polish town starting with year 1000 should be moved to Znin page. Merewyn 11:25, 3 November 2007 (UTC)

No. This article is part of a Historical States Project. (Look at the top of this page!) The scope is limited on purpose. If it were merged into the general article, Polish revisionists would gut it. However, this particular Kreis article happens to contain more pre- and post- German occupation information than the other Kreise articles in the Project. I would have no objection to copying that to the general article, and possibly reworking it here to make it more appropriate to the scope.15:32, 15 November 2007 (UTC)
But in the current shape it makes no sense and rises confusion. What are you describing actually? A administrative object called Kreis Znin or the city of Znin? Kreis of Znin existed in the years 1815-1919 ONLY and should be truncated to this period of time. Any information of other events and historical overvue should be moved to the article about city of Znin.
Take a look at Yugoslavia page, it describes the state while it existed, only 1918-2006. Note that it DOESN'T span from Roman Empire till today. Follow that example please, and stop messing the data. Merewyn (talk) 14:20, 23 November 2007 (UTC)
