Kremasta Sykias, also Kremasta Sikias (Greek: Κρεμαστά Συκιάς), is a small settlement (16 inhabitants) which belongs to the village Alevrada(municipality of Inachos) in the northwestern part of the prefecture named Aetolia and Acarnania.
