Krechevitsy (Russian: Кречевицы) is an air base in Russia located 11 km northeast of Velikiy Novgorod, Russia. It contains 30 large revetments in a sprawling taxiway pattern, suitable for large transports. It is home to 110 VTAP (110th Military Transport Aviation Regiment), of the 61st Air Army, flying Ilyushin Il-76 aircraft [1] [2].
A construction of a civil international airport based on the military facility is being carried out.
