I (Richwales) captured this screen shot from a TiVo recording of this episode, which was aired on the Sci Fi Channel on 26 February 2007. I cropped the shot to focus on Captain Archer.

To the best of my knowledge, CBS Paramount Television owns the copyright to this screen shot. Use of the image in conjunction with the Wikipedia article on "A Night in Sickbay" should qualify as fair use because it illustrates a key scene in the episode and complements the article's description of this scene.
