[edit] Champions box

It was wrong because it said "Ligat ha'Al" champions. It is pointless because it says in the introduction who won the title, and you also see the league table before you get to the box. People don't need to be told the same thing three times. Ideally it should be removed from all the other articles too - I have no idea who thought it would be a good idea. пﮟოьεԻ 57 09:50, 3 June 2008 (UTC)

The whole point of an introduction is to cover a subject in brief, and therefore it is fully acceptable to mention something in the article which appears later. The point is not to repeat it twice after the intro. пﮟოьεԻ 57 11:09, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
Yes, we do need to be consistent. My ideal approach would be to cover:
  • Introduction: Which season, dates, champions, relegated
  • First section: New clubs for the season (promoted or relegated to the league from wherever)
  • League table
  • Play-offs
  • Results
  • Top scorers
  • References/external links
  • Templates
I think Southern Football League 2007-08 is a good example. пﮟოьεԻ 57 20:04, 3 June 2008 (UTC)

Can I bother you to leave me a link to the image in question? It would help me answer your question. TomStar81 (Talk) 22:10, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

I do beleive so, the use of the images is within all established parameters of the fair use criteria. The size is in some cases iffy since fair use demands small images, but otherwise all does appear to be in order. TomStar81 (Talk) 07:18, 6 June 2008 (UTC)
