Kratovo (Macedonian: Кратово) is a municipality in eastern Republic of Macedonia. Kratovo is also the name of the town where the municipal seat is found. Kratovo municipality is part of Northeastern statistical region.

The municipality borders Staro Nagoričane municipality and Kriva Palanka municipality in the north, Kočani municipality in the east, Kumanovo municipality in the west and Probištip municipality in the south.
