KPVT is a FamilyNet and AMG-TV affiliated television station owned by Pahrump Media Group and financed by Hilltop Church. Its transmitter is located in Pahrump, Nevada. KPVT serves as a sister station to KHMP-LP. It is available on CMA Cable as channel 98 for the Pahrump Valley only at this time.

The only local Pahrump programming provided by KPVT is the "Science Fiction Addiction" with Baron von Schlock and friends, which airs on occasion.

Former KDWN Libertarian talk radio DJ Tru Hawkins is currently the "voice" of KPVT, announcing the station identification between shows and programming. Rick Manning is currently the CEO, Station Director, and Station Manager of KPVT through Pahrump Media Group.

The station diverts from originally listed programs to show anything in the slots reserved for movies. Current programming consists of mostly old Viacom-distributed shows, such as Gunsmoke, Matlock, Beverly Hillbillies, Get Smart, Mission: Impossible, and Little House on the Prairie, with the Canadian The New Red Green Show, and AMG-TV's Gina D's Kids Club, Critter Gitters and various anime shows such as Negima!, rounding the schedule with various airings of FamilyNet and AMG-TV shows and movies throughout the day.

The station is known in Pahrump to have the "schlocky" movies, especially in the middle of night, sometimes uncut and uneditted. Many movies also air without commercial interruption.
