KPTQ is a progressive talk radio outlet that also serves as the Spokane, Washington affiliate of Air America Radio. It broadcasts at 1280 kHz with an effective radiated power of 5 kW daytime/33 W nighttime. The station is owned by Clear Channel Communications.

The station was originally known as KUDY and had a religious format until 2002 when it swapped signals with 590, with the latter's adult standards format occupying the 1280 signal. In 2005 it dropped the adult standards format for its current format.
