KPTH is the Fox network affiliate serving the entire Siouxland area, owned and operated by Pappas Telecasting alongside sister station, CBS network affiliate KMEG.

This station operates on analog UHF channel 44 and digital UHF channel 49.

KPTH always had the Fox affiliation since it took to the air on May 9, 1999. However, KMEG-TV was previously affiliated with the Fox network as a secondary with CBS as primary before KPTH's inception.

KPTH carries a MyNetworkTV affiliate on its DT2 sub-channel, which was announced on April 18, 2006. [1]
