I am unsure what to do about the clients section, particularly as some of these clients have merged.Ercolev (talk) 04:51, 28 January 2008 (UTC)

the tax shelter section really needs some writing --69.94.194.91 01:55, 30 August 2005 (UTC)

I updated the "legal structure" section because KPMG International isn't a Swiss Verein anymore since September 2003! The company register of the Swiss canton of Zug clearly states that it is now a cooperative, stating that "Die Delegierten und die Verwaltung haben an ihren Versammlungen vom 04.09.2003 die Umwandlung des bisherigen Vereins in eine Genossenschaft beschlossen." ("The delegates and the executive board have decided on their meetings on the 4th of September 2003 to transform the existing Verein into a cooperative.") You can look it up yourself online on zefix.ch, the online search platform for Swiss company register entries (just search for "KPMG International").

Someone should expand on my change though: I removed the "headquartered in the Netherlands" part because the Swiss Verein part was wrong, so without sources I doubt the correctness of the "headquartered in the Netherlands" part - I have no better information at the moment, though. 137.132.3.11 18:27, 23 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:KPMG.png

Image:KPMG.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 04:31, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Banco Nacional Scandal in Brazil

I have googled the Banco Nacional Scandal in Brazil and can only find find very criptic references to it in English. I suggest it is deleted unless anyone can come up with a decent source in English. Dormskirk (talk) 17:32, 25 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Name/History

Was not the firm "KPMG Peat Marwick" for some time, certainly in the 1990s? jhawkinson (talk) 18:34, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
