Hi and thanks for getting permission to upload Image:Kri-diponegoro-1600-1200.jpg. Unfortunately, you have only got permission to use this image in Wikipedia. Whilst this may seem reasonable, in fact Wikipedia material is used across the world, on the internet and in print, often for commercial gain. All images therefore need to have permission to be used freely, not just here. Please could you arrange this to avoid the image being deleted? Thanks for uploading Image:Type 381 2.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. The problem is that it is being presented as fact whilst other military journals haven't reported it with certainty. Jane's isn't always right. For example someone told me that in the Jane's article on the Taiwanese Kang Ding frigates, it said they would be upgraded with the RIM-116. But nothing has happened on that at all. I understand that Jane's isnt always right, but as far as Chinese matters are concerned, we are unlikely to find any other Western publications giving any coverage. For the matter, if they do, they end up quoting Janes anyway.
