Koudekerk aan den Rijn (Dutch province of South Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Rijnwoude, and lies about 4 km west of Alphen aan de Rijn.

Koudekerk aan den Rijn was a separate municipality until 1991, when it became part of Rijneveld. Until 1938, the municipality was just called Koudekerk.[2]
Armin van Buuren, one of the most famous and well-known trance musicians, hails from Koudekerk aan den Rijn.
