[edit] Fair use for Kousagi
This image is being linked here. Though the picture is subject to copyright, I, Eternal Pink, feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- it is a low-resolution scan from a Sailor Moon art book;
- it does not limit the copyright owners' rights to sell the wider copyrighted work in any way;
- it provides an illustration of this character (Kousagi) in the series, and is to be used solely for this purpose.
