[edit] Wikification and clean-up

In order to bring this article up to Wikipedia's quality standards, a lot of information had to be removed from the article. This includes information relevant to Kotli District, most of which is duplicated there (much of this information is copyvio). Links to previously deleted images and some general non-notable information have also been deleted.
