[edit] Rewrite

I have tagged the article as needing a complete rewrite. It seems to have been written by a native speaker of Russian and while I thank them for their efforts, I understand no Russian whatsoever so they have a leg up on me, I can't make heads or tails of what this person did during the war to receive high honors. Perhaps someone who can read the external links (in Russian) could clean this up. The Ukrainian page also looks like it would be a great help as it seems the most fully formed.
