Kotyck Bros. Limited is an industrial supply distributor located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The company was established in 1947 by George Kotyck, Sr. and his three brothers (hence the name), Sam, Nick, and John. The company was initially based in the borough of New Toronto and began servicing the highly industrialized southern portion of the Township of Etobicoke, selling mainly plumbing product. In many instances, the relationships begun in the post-World War II era continue to this day.

In the intervening years, Kotyck Bros. has provided the industrial supply requirements of commercial, municipal, industrial, and OEM organizations as well as customers in the automotive, consumer product, and mechanical systems industries. Included in their diverse product range are (metal and plastic) pipe, related fittings, valves, hydraulic and industrial hose and various pneumatic and hydronic assemblies. The company also offers services such as pipe cutting, threading and grooving, welding, and hose assembly and repair.

Kotyck Bros. Ltd. is a family-owned operation, now in its third generation. Control of the business operations passed to George A. Kotyck, the son of the founder and namesake, and his son, Michael Kotyck, in 1996.

The Kotyck Bros. organizational structure is designed along functional lines, but, as in any small business, requires each individual to perform more than one task. The President, George Kotyck, up until his retirement in 2004, was generally in charge of operations, the day-to-day business of filling, processing, packing, and shipping orders, as well as inventory control. General Manager turned President, Michael Kotyck, is generally involved with marketing, finance, and administration.
