I am not sure I like this - there are no Kosovan euro coins or Montenegrin euro coins (coins from other countries are used) so while have an article? --Rumping (talk) 08:12, 19 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] justification for article existence

This is a good point. However, Kosovo and Montenegro both use the Euro as their currency. The national banks in both countries are working toward membership in the EMU.
