Kostas Vasileiadis or Kostas Vasiliadis (Greek: Κώστας Βασιλειάδης) (born 15 March 1984 in Thessaloniki, Greece) and raised in Kilkis, Greece, is a Greek professional basketball player. He is currently with Olympiacos.

Vasiliadis played for PAOK BC of the Greek League before transferring to Unicaja Malaga of the Spanish League. On July 12, 2007 he signed with the Euroleague club Olympiacos BC on a three year contract[1].

On the international level with Greece, he played as a youth and he was a member of the team which won the silver medal in FIBA's 2005 FIBA World Championship under 21, held in Argentina. In the final, Greece lost to Lithuania, 65-63.

Kostas is the son of a very famous gynecologist in central Macedonia.
