Korn/Ferry International, headquartered in Los Angeles and founded in 1969 by Lester Korn and Richard Ferry, is the world's largest executive search firm with 70 offices in North America, Europe, Asia/Pacific, Latin America, the Middle East and South Africa. This headhunting firm conducts over 100,000 senior-level searches annually.

Paul C. Reilly, a former CEO of KPMG, is the current Chairman of Korn/Ferry. He has BS and MBA degrees from the University of Notre Dame. Gary D. Burnison is the current Chief Executive Officer.
