It is believed that the use of this image in the Koronis Rift article constitutes fair use under U.S. law and Wikipedia policy, because

The image serves an important purpose on the Koronis Rift article by identifying the article's subject and showing the reader what the game looks like. A textual description would be inadequate for this purpose.
Publication of a single screenshot of an interactive game does not in any way limit or impair the publisher's ability to sell the game, nor does it serve as a substitute for the game itself. Therefore, the use is de minimis.
