Konstadinos "Kostas" Gatsioudis (Greek: Κωνσταντίνος "Κώστας" Γκατσιούδης, born December 17, 1973) is a Greek javelin thrower.
He was born in Didymoteicho.
Gatsioudis set a world junior record in 1990, and eight national records during his career. His personal best throw is 91.69 metres, achieved in June 2000 in Kuortane.
