Konkan Kanya Express train is name of the train running between Mumbai and Madgaon on Konkan railway route. Konkan Kanya literally means Konkan's virgin[1], deriving it's name from the Konkan region of India that the train runs through. It is one of the important train links serving people along the coastal areas of Maharastra and Goa.
