Konami GT (also known as Konami RF2 - Red Fighter) is a 1985 racing videogame released by Konami, off their GX400 architecture. The player drives a sportscar with a turbo mode that can be activated by the gearshift, but wastes more fuel and puts the player at a higher risk of hitting an obstacle. The goal of the game is to reach each checkpoint without running out of fuel, which decreases while driving, and even more when the car hits an obstacle. There are fuel powerups on the road which the player must pick-up to make it to the final checkpoint.
