[edit] NPOV tag

And disputed is what exactly? --HanzoHattori 12:41, 16 August 2007 (UTC)

I noticed User:Paukrus added an NPOV tag to this page without indicating what he or she is disputing about this article. So I removed the tag, it shouldn't be replaced without explanation here. --Ace of Swords 23:05, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
Disputed tags were recently added in a lot of Chechnya-related articles. --HanzoHattori 20:47, 17 August 2007 (UTC)
I wrote directly to User:Paukrus on his (her?) talk page about needing to explain what the issues when using that tag, he said something about the "source not being authoritative" or something. I have no idea, I'm not the one writing these articles and I don't know which sources are best. If he has other sources that say something different, then geez point them out. But I told him, again, he needs to explain on the article talk pages what his problems are, and I removed the tag again (also from another article) and put some hidden text to tell him yet again. Does seem like it might be a "I don't like what this article says so I'm going to dispute it" thing. --Ace of Swords 20:58, 17 August 2007 (UTC)

Politkovskaya is non-true source. Need to add nore authoritative source. --Paukrus 22:55, 17 August 2007 (UTC)

First of all, Politkovskaya was a famous reporter who received many international awards for her work. Second, the source is not a person but a book that I now included in this article, as well as other sources included previously by HanzoHattori. If you think the article is POV, please add some alternative information supported by sources, rather than simply label the article as "POV".Biophys 03:37, 18 August 2007 (UTC)
Btw: How about the article on Chernokozovo, or a filtration camp concept in general? --HanzoHattori 08:36, 18 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] NPOV

It's very good russophobe article with super POV-pushing... :( --Paukrus 01:23, 11 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Amnesty11.jpg

Image:Amnesty11.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
