I'm no expert on the history of this building or the company, but I have rewritten the page to reflect the facts presented in the original article. The original article appeared to have either been mistranslated from German, or written by a German with modest command of English.

There is still much room for expansion on the actual history of the building. Most especially in the history of the company itself - who were it's stars, for example...
