Komplett (OSE: KOM) is a Norwegian computer retailer with online stores across Europe. The company has webshops in the Republic of Ireland[1], the United Kingdom[2], the Netherlands[3], Austria[4], Belgium[5], France[6], Germany[7], Norway[8], Sweden[9] and Denmark[10]. They also operate the Norek web store[11].
The company's motto for all countries is "Save Time and Money", being translated into the local equivalent for each site.
Komplett has three call centers for sales and support in Sandefjord, Norway, Gothenburg, Sweden and Delft, Netherlands.
Komplett has two distribution centers and warehouses in Sandefjord, Norway and Tilburg, Netherlands.
On September 15, 2003, after a 14-week implementation, Komplett started using the SAP ERP system for its United Kingdom, Ireland and Germany sites.[1] In March, 2004, the remaining sites were moved to SAP as well. [2]
